Terms and Conditions of Use

The Service provides entertainment and digital interactions with fictional, AI-generated male characters ("companions"), for a single evening or as an ongoing conversation. This includes text-based chats, pictures, voice and digital fantasy experiences intended for adults.

All content is fictional and AI-generated. No real person is behind the responses.

What the Service offers is access to a digital, fictional experience. It does not arrange meetings, escorting or any real-world service, and the companions are not real people. The Service is not therapy and does not give medical, psychological or legal advice.

This Service is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

Explicit pictures are shown only in a blurred form from which the picture cannot be recovered. Access to explicit pictures and explicit conversation will additionally require an account, paid access and your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older. A conversation in which a user indicates that they are under 18 is ended permanently.

At present the Service can be used free of charge and without an account, within a limited number of messages per companion. Paid access is not yet available.

The Service will include paid features, such as a one-time purchase for a single evening or a membership. Once they are introduced:

• Payments are processed through a trusted third-party provider, named before you pay.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You authorize the Service to charge your selected payment method for any one-time or recurring charges you agree to.

Refunds: Since the Service provides instant digital content, no refunds will be granted once a session, interaction, or digital delivery begins, except where required by law. A refund and delivery policy will be published together with paid access.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to compromise system security.

• You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• You may not request content involving minors, real persons, coercion or any illegal activity.
• You may not circumvent the limits of the free conversation or the safeguards of the Service.
• Any inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful behavior may lead to the immediate end of a conversation and to termination of access.

All content available on Beau de Nuit, including but not limited to the following, is owned by or licensed to BlankCanvas OÜ, unless otherwise stated:

• AI-generated text
• AI-generated images, videos and voices
• Character design, prompts, and personality traits

License to Users: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access AI-generated content for personal, private use only.

Prohibited Uses. Users may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish AI-generated content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Use content to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI models or services
• Claim ownership over AI-generated outputs

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or outcomes of any interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live remain unaffected.
