What an AI boyfriend call is
The phrase covers three different things, and services use it for all of them.
- Voice messages: he sends short recordings into a text chat.
- He speaks, you type: every reply is read aloud in his voice.
- A live call: you talk and he answers, in both directions, in real time.
Why a voice changes everything
Text is read in your own inner voice. A spoken sentence arrives in his, with its pace, its pauses and its breath. Low and unhurried, a voice does half the work of intimacy before the words mean anything, which is why late-night phone calls are remembered for years.
What to listen for
A good AI voice belongs to the character. It should sound like one man, the same tomorrow as today, and it should be designed for him, not borrowed from a real person. It should take its time. And in another language it needs its own voice, not the first one with an accent.
The voices on Beau de Nuit are created from a written description. None is cloned from a real speaker.
What you can hear today
All six. Each man has a voice sample of about half a minute, in English and in German, with the text to read along. They play at the top of this page and on each man's own page, they are free and need no account. The conversations themselves are in text for now.
What is planned
Voice in the chat is planned as part of paid access, together with accounts. Live calls may follow. Neither is available yet, and nothing on the site can be bought today.
