The Service can currently be used without an account. We collect the following data:

• Visitor identifier: A random identifier stored in a cookie on your device, so that a conversation can be continued and the free messages can be counted
• Conversation Data: The content of your conversations with companions, which companion you spoke to, the language, and the number of messages you sent
• Usage Data: IP address, device and browser type, and the pages requested, as recorded in the logs of our hosting provider
• Cookies: One functional cookie required to operate the conversation. We use no advertising and no analytics cookies
• Messages you send us: Your email address and the content of your message when you write to our support

Conversations with companions may reveal information about your sex life, which is sensitive personal data. Conversations are stored encrypted and are deleted automatically 30 days after the last message. Messages that our safeguards hold back are not stored.

We do not ask for your name, your email address or payment data to use the free conversation. When accounts and paid access are introduced, this policy will be updated before they open.

We use your data to:

• Provide and personalize the chat experience
• Protect minors and enforce the limits on content
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Measure in aggregate how the Service is used, in order to improve it

Under GDPR, our legal bases are:

• Contractual necessity - to provide the Service you ask for
• Legitimate interests - fraud and abuse prevention, protection of minors, aggregate measurement
• Consent - for the processing of sensitive data you share in conversations, and for marketing where applicable
• Legal obligation - where the law requires us to keep or disclose data

We share data only with trusted partners necessary for operation:

• Hosting and database providers
• Providers of AI models that generate the companions' responses and that check content for our safeguards
• Law enforcement when legally required

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined, unless a longer retention is legally required. Conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after their last message, and you can delete what has been said in a conversation yourself at any time, from the menu in the chat. The cookie that identifies your browser can be deleted by you at any time; without it, an earlier conversation can no longer be opened.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Object to processing
• File a complaint with a data protection authority

We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect your data. The content of conversations is encrypted before it is stored.

Data is stored and processed in the United States. If data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
